TAX ADVENTURE: CONNECTING WITH COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES ACROSS THE NATION

Tax Adventure offers a free day at the forums to as many as 100 accounting students and recent graduates per forum. The Tax Adventure will take place on Tuesday, the first day of the forum, at all five locations: Chicago, Orlando, Baltimore, Dallas and San Diego.

Students and recent graduates will attend seminars and talk with IRS leaders, tax professionals and industry partners. In addition, qualified individuals will have the opportunity to interview with IRS recruiters.

Last year, the first year for the Tax Adventure, had attendees from American University, San Diego State University, Georgia State University and Stetson University. This year it is expected that many more schools to participate.

This event is open to undergraduate and graduate students and recent graduates (within the past three years). Accounting faculty and staff are welcome to accompany their students.
