I have been attending IRS Nationwide Tax Forums for over 5 years. Mr. Paul La Monaca is by far the best conference speaker I have ever encountered. He is knowledgeable, a great communicator and delivers the technical information in such a way that many types of different audiences can readily understand. I am a former member and speaker for the National Forensic Center of Distinguished Experts. I have chaired annual meetings and been the conference speaker. I considered myself after 40 years of either attending seminars or participating in them, as having some fairly broad knowledge.
