NSTP is pleased to announce the addition of Summer Hodges as the new Executive Director. A recent resident to the Portland, OR area, she comes to us from Santa Barbara, CA where she was Executive Director with the Santa Barbara Contractor’s Association. She has a proven track record of association management, member engagement and growth, and financial management. Summer’s experience includes event planning and management, and strong social media skills. She thrives in all areas of change management, with the goal of providing continuous improvement in all areas of the organization. Aligning herself with the community through her volunteer activities, Summer has established personal connections and professional relationships.

The NSTP Board looks forward to her leadership role in providing improvement in all areas of the business operations, enhancing the member experience, effective communication, and growth of the organization.
