Partner responsibilities
Partners are responsible for providing final advertising materials, logos, promotional copy, and links required for placement. Materials must meet NSTP specifications and submission deadlines to ensure timely publication and promotion.
NSTP reserves the right to determine final placement, formatting, and scheduling of promotional materials in order to maintain consistency with brand standards and member-focused content.
Refund policy
Refunds for advertising or sponsorship placements may be available prior to the scheduled publication or event date, depending on the nature of the placement. Once promotional materials have been published or sponsorship benefits have begun, refunds are not available.
