This course will look at the issues surrounding foreign income reporting such as when and how to report foreign income, as well as the appropriate forms to comply with the Report of Foreign Bank and Financial Accounts (FBAR) and Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FACTA) requirements. During this seminar, we will cover the compliance issue of digital assets, §911 foreign income tax exclusion and the use of ITINs. The participant will have a guideline for the reporting of digital assets, the §911 foreign income tax exclusion and the updated procedures regarding the application for and use of ITINs.
